The wedding of Miss Linda Faye Lohr, daughter of Mrs. Bennett Ray Lohr of Orange, and the late Mr. Lohr, and Donald Stuart Gallihugh of Louisa, son of Mrs. Harry Gallihugh and the late Mr. Gallihugh of Peola Mills, took place Sunday, May 2, 1971. The double-ring ceremony was solemnized at three o’clock in the afternoon at Good Hope Baptist Church, Radiant, Madison County, with the Rev. Leonard C. Vimpeny officiating. Mrs. Louise Aylor was organist and soloist was Mrs. Nelson Revercomb. Given in marriage by her grandfather, Wingfield Lohr, the bride wore an empire gown of imported silk organza over peau de soie with high neck bodice and Juliet sleeves, appliqued with reembroidered Alencon lace and seed pearls.
