Batftenstein, Certified Land Surveyor, dated September 10, 1954, and recorded in Deed Book 62, page 180-131, of the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, and being a part of the land acquired by Wayne L. Hayes, et ux, herein by deed from William J. Braumback, et ux, dated December 8, 1965, and recorded in Deed Book 85, page 835, of the Clerk’s Office aforesaid.
TRACT 2: Lot Sixteen (16), Section Three (3), Rappahannock Park, as shown on plats recorded in the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia,. in Deed Book 67, page 228.
The tracts or parcels of land herein described are the same land which was conveyed to Thomas C. Davis and Margie E. Davis, by deed from Wayne L.
