Guess I will just call this my 'ramblin' day', I have nothing particulr to concentrate on, but 1 would like to touch lightly several thoughts. We had a young student preacher in church Sunday He told us in the beginning that his sermon would be tricky, we would have to be attentive to catch all the points. He said one didn’t have to fall in love to be in love, you could could just kind of stand around in it. I pictured in my mind a big puddle of love with everybody just standing in it, everybody involved with everybody else. It was not such a bad picture. It brought to mind one of John Donne’s writings; it was to this effect-“Every time a wave washes away a part of a continent it diminishes that continent, every time a man dies it diminishes mankind, and that diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind.” Few of us like that word, involved.
Recently I learned something new about myself, I am jealous. I resent the rivalry created by the attention children and pets get. And, did you know that I am juvenile? Occasionally I throw a
