price shall be enclosed in each sealed bid, and the balance in cash on or before ten days after the date of acceptarice of the highest sealed bid, during which time the purchaser shall be allowed to examine title to the said property. In the event of resale, the 10% deposit paid by the defaulting purchaser shall be retained by the Court as liquidated damages. It is further ordered that all said purchase money be deposited to the credit of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, Chancery Cause No. 2609, in the Flint Hill Branch of the Farmers and Merchants National Bank of Winchester, by the purchaser of said real estate, and taking from said bank a certificate or certificates showing said deposit or deposits to be delivered to the Clerk of the Court.
