THE SCHOOL Boards of Warren and Rappahannock in separate action at their March and April meetings, re-appointed 0. A. Norton to a fourth term as Division School Superintendent for the two counties.
Norton became head of the two-county school system in 1961 after serving as Superintendent in Amelia County. He succeeded Q. D. Casque, who retired from public school work to become associated with Madison College in the Department of Teacher Education.
