CHAPTER 1. In General.

Adopt a new regulation to be numbered Rl-10 as follows: It shall be unlawful on Commission-owned lands to drive through or around gates designed to prevent entry with any type of motorized vehicle or to use such vehicles to travel anywhere on such lands except on roads open to vehicular traffic.

. CHAPTER 2. (Game) In General.

Amend Regulation R2-7 to read as follows: It shall be unlawful to hunt, shoot, kill, trap, molest or attempt to hunt, shoot, kill, trap or molest at any time any waterfowl including ducks, geese, brant, or coot, or to hunt, shoot, kill, trap, e molest, or attempt to hunt, shoot, kill, trap, or molest any other birds or animals on or in the area described | R2-6, except at designated times from waterfowl ' blinds established by the Commission, provided that the Commission may, when deemed necessary for the better development of said refuge, remove by trapping or otherwise any birds or animals as would not be beneficial to the purposes for which such refuge is established. Amend Regulation R2-8 to read as follows: It shall be unlawful to have in possession at any time on the Hog Island Wildlife Refuge a gun which is not unloaded and cased or dismantled, except while hunting deer in conformity with a special permit issued by the Commission pursuant to R6-2.2.

CHAPTER 3. Bear.

Adopt a new regulation to numbered R3-4.1. as follows: It. shall be unlawful to take or kill a femal e bear accompanied by a cub.
