Amend Regulation R16-1 to read as follows:
Except as otherwise provided by local legislation, it shall ^be lawful to hunt raccoon in all counties east of the Blue Ridge Mountains from September 1 through March 31, both dates inclusive.
Regulation R16-2, prescribing hunting season for raccoon in Bedford County, . is hereby rescinded.
Regulation R16-3, prescribing hunting season for raccoon in certain counties east of the Blue Ridge Mountains, is hereby rescinded.
Regulation R16-3.1, prescribing hunting season for raccoon in national forests and Commission-owned lands east of the Blue Ridge Mountains, is hereby rescinded.
