Amend Regulation R22-8 to read as follows: A holder of.a permit to stuff or mount birds and aminals shall keep a complete record of all transactions. All records of a permit holder and the premises where such business is conducted shall be open to inspection by representatives of the Commission at all times. Amend Regulation R22-9 to read as follows: The holder of a permit provided for by Code of Virginia SS 29106 and 29-136 to breed pheasants in captivity and to sell and ship the same alive for breeding, or to kill, sell and ship the same for use as food shall keep a record of the number raised or acquired, number sold and the number on hand.
CHAPTER 23. Fishing Generally.
Adopt a new regulation to be numbered R23-6 as follows: It shall be unlawful to import or cause to be imported or to liberate within the State any of the following fishes: Piranha (any of genus Serrasalmus), walking catfish (and of genus Clarias), cichlid perch (Cichlasoma cyanoguttata) or grass carp (any of genus Ctenopharyndodon) unless a permit therefore is first donated from the Commission. ■ 19VU1 ; t • ^CHAPTER 24. Amend Regulation R24-4 to read as followsr Except as otherwise specifically provided in the regulations appearing in this chapter, the daily creel limit for taking trout shall be six. Amend Regulation R24-13 (b) to read as follows: Any person who shall artifically raise brown trout, brook trout or rainbow trout for sale for human consumption or who shall import into the State such trout for such purpose shall keep a record of the number and species, the numbe r raised or, if imported, from whom purchased.
CHAPTER 27. Minnows Hellgrammites and Crayfish
Amend Regulation R27-1 (d) to read as follows: The holder of a permit to take minnows for sale shall keep a record of the approximate number of minnows caught and sold, together with the amount received therefor.
