A SUBSTANTIAL reduction of 28 March deaths, when compared to those of last March, was instrumental in holding Virginia’s 1973 deaths for the first three months of the year to 247, or 26 less than the 273 for the same period of 1972, Colonel H. W. Burgess, Superintendent of State Police, reports.
