Winning Trio: Robin Garwood, Carolyn Smith and Jan Kinne accept their 1st place trophies for the Relay race at the Bull Run Hunt Races last Saturday. Each of the girls also placed individually in other events, with Jan Kinne winning the Hunter Pace and placing third in the Horse Flat Race; Carolyn Smith placing second in the same flat race and Robin Garwood taking a 4th in the Pony Flat race. Presenting the trophies is Mrs. James Garwood, wife of the president of the club. Both Robin and Carolyn reside in Manassas, while Jan lives in Sterling. Mrs. Garwood is the former Mary K. Fincham of Rappahannock.
