On Saturday, April 28, at All Saint’s Church, Richmond, at 10 a.m. the Council of the Diocese will open with the Holy Eucharis t and proceed with the election of a suffragan bishop, naming one of the six.
Fanning M. Baumgardner is a delegate to the Council from Bromfield Parish, with Mrs. Thomas L. Eastham as alternate. Both are memt^prs of the Vestry of Trinity Episcopal Church, Washington, Va.
