THE FLINT HILL Ladies Auxiliary prepared and served a country ham and turkey dinner Saturday evening to the firemen of that community and guests and then to top it off, presented the volunteers with a tidy sum to apply on the newly purchased brush truck.
The dinner was enjoyed by some hundred guests, firemen and friends, who were welcomed’ by Mrs. Barbara Gentry. The invocation was given by the Rev. Malcolm Maples and H. S. Barksdale was in his usual position as toastmaster.
