If all the Supervisors did at their meeting was talk about dog licenses (as it appears), they did not, in my opinion, deserve two pages of rambling quotes. All they actually did was to vote to hold a hearing on the question of raising dog license fees at the next meeting, which could have been summarized in a paragraph or two.
