HOMEMAKERS Clubs in Rappahannock County held Achievement Night Monday with a program and exhibits on the year’s accomplishments.
The Chester Gap Club received the award for the best exhibit of activities and the Woodville group was named the outstanding club of the year.
Mason Hutcheson, Extension Agent in Culpeper, made a talk and gave a demonstration on landscaping ideas.
New county officers were elected to serve next year. Mrs. Mary Priest of Amissville was named to the chairman with Mrs. Shirley Forester of Castleton as vice chairman.
