have seen a summary, in layman’s terms, of the zoning changes recently passed by the Supervisors. I’m convinced no one knows exactly what is buried in all the legal language of the two-dollar publication.
I am glad to see that the RCHS Cross Country team has had no lack of coverage. This is a group that really deserves it.
