Burial was in Sperryville Cemetery.
He was the son of the late Andrew J. Clark and Isabelle Pullen Clark. A veteran of World War 1. Mr. Clarke was a retired farmer. His wife Mamie Alice Pullen Clark predeceased him.
Surviving are four daughters. Mrs. Virgil Atkins of Sperryville. Mrs. Ronald Kollar of Vienna, Mrs. Woodrow Walters of Falls Church and Mrs. Cumberland Bennett of Gainesville; five sons. Elmer J. Clark and Edward M. Clark of Washington, Ray M. Clark of Alexandria, Ennis D. Clark of Luray and Charles L. Clark of Manassas; two sisters. Mrs. DanMenefee of Woodville and Mrs. Charlie Menefee of Culpeper; two brothers, Addie Frank Clark of Luray and Rasby Clark of Flint; 29 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. _
