Bill 664 in one stroke would remove these important local airings and roadblocks, and create a one-stop hearing in the state capital, which should greatly please all big powerlines.
It is, also, much more inconvenient for local residents to travel to Richmond to voice their objections than to appear at local public hearings, usually in their local courthouses.
