Mr. and Mrs. Charles H. Foster of Flint Hill announce the engagement of their daughter, Sandra Kay, to Donald Lee Hawkins, son of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Hawkins of Front Royal.
Miss Foster is a graduate of L.ongwood College Farmville, Va. Mr. Hawkins graduated from Shepherd College, Shepherdstown, W. Va. Both are teachers at Fifteenth Street Elementary School, Front Royal.
A late July wedding is planned. □
