Mrs. Lipko is ready with plans for each of the former classrooms opening off the auditorium. “One will be a bar, done in Gay Nineties style with lots of tables and chairs. Red upholstery, you know* Behind the bar we’ll have a fully equipped mini-kitchen, so we can serve hot food.
“Here we’ll have a little theater for showing home movies. Just a lot of big comfy chairs.”
ANOTHER will be a private dining room. “So you can get away and talk while the other guests are dancing.”
There will also be a photography darkroom. “We decided to go ahead and put it in, since we’re so close to the water pipes (next to the former girls’ toilet). It’ll be kind of a shop, too, so Mr. Lipko can pursue his hobby of ‘electronics.’”
The extra room may be used for a bedroom. “To be such a big house we’ll only have three bedrooms.”
Mrs. Lipko seemed especially tickled with her plans for the old restrooms.
“FOR THE girls we’ll do it like a theater dressing room, lots oflightbulbs around the mirrors, a chaise, a screen to look like someone is dressing behind it.
“We’re keeping four stalls. I think that’s enough
