Mr. and Mrs. Robert Cook of Vienna=were overnight guests Saturday of Mr. Cook’s brother-in-law and sister Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Walker.

Terry Russell returned to the College of William and Mary Sunday after spending Spring vacation with his parents Mr. and Mrs. Emory Russell.

Pancake supper

A Pancake Supper sponsored by Amissville Ruritan Club is scheduled for Saturday evening, April 6 from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Amissville fire hall. Adult suppers are $1.50 and for children the price is $1.

Aprize of a hind quarter of beef ready for the freezer will be given away at the conclusion of the supper. □

Washington club

Mrs. Harry Lee Smith entertained the Washington Bridge Club and guests Thursday evening at her home Spring House Farm. Her guests included Mrs. F. W. Schaefer, Mrs. B. J. Wood, Mrs. R. E. Wood, Mrs. L. J. Turner, Mrs. W. H. Massie, Jr., Mrs. E. M, Jones, Mrs. G. H. Davis, Jr., Mrs. W. F. Moffett, Jr., Mrs. B. M. Miller, Mrs. F. W. Spalding, Mrs. E. D. Flynt and Mrs. H. M. Keyser. Prizes were won by Mrs. Miller, Mrs. Spalding, Mrs. Keyser and Mrs. Flynt.□
