Amend Regulation R3-5 (a) and (d) to read as follows:
(a) It shall be lawful to hunt hear with bow and arrow from the second Saturday in October through the Saturday prior to the second Monday in November, both dates inclusive.
(d) It shall be unlawful to use dogs when hunting with bow and arrow from the second Saturday in October through the Saturday prior to the second Monday in November, both dates inclusive.
CHAPTER 5. Bobcats.
Amend Regulation R5-01 to read as follows:
It shall be lawful to bunt bobcat by day or night during the open season for hunting raccoon as provided for in R161 through R16-6, inclusive.
Adopt a new regulation to be numbered R5-02 as follows:
It shall be lawful to trap bobcat from December 1 through the last day of February, both dates inclusive.
