Amend Regulation R6-3.1 (c) to read as follows:
(c) A muzzle-loading gun for the purpose of this regulation means a single shot weapon, forty-five caliber or larger, with not less than a twentyeight inch barrel, firing a single projectile loaded from the muzzle of the weapon and pro- - pelled by fifty grains of black powder. If cartridges, premeasured powder charges or telescopic sights are used, such weapons shall not be deemed to be a muzzle-loading gun.
