Discussion, and a pointby-point reading of other changes in the ordinances, prolonged the meeting by several hours. Some of the changes involved the insertion or deletion of a single defining word; some involved minor technical changes ; some added legal clarification, or eliminated what was felt to be unecessary wordage.
Most of the changes, and the reasons they had been suggested, had been dealt with in detail at work sessions over the past several weeks, sessions which were reported at the time in the Rappahannock News.
