“Since our strict ordinance in ’62, with all those street regulations, we’ve put a lot of pasture under pavement. We want to avoid this in the future,” George Davis commented.
“But I think this ordinance is generally discouraging to outsiders,” Davis added.
“We’re not going to make it perfect,” Pete Luke said. “I’m for follow-up. We’ll always have to look at it again.”
