Amend Regulation R23-3 to read as follows:
Except as provided in this regulation and in R24-10.1, there shall be no size limit on any species offish. There shall, however, be a ten-inch minimum size limit on grayling, a twenty-six inch minimum size limit on muskellunge and northern pike and a twenty-inch minimum size limit on landlocked striped bass (rockfish), except that in Gaston Reservoir to the mouth of Difficult Creek on the Roanoke (Staunton) River Arm and to the mouth of the Bannister River on the Dan River Arm
