Flint Hill Rescue Squad April 7 took Bernie Foster from an accident near Flint Hill to Warren Memorial Hospital. April 11, Mrs. Annie Payne was taken from home near Washington to Warren Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Nish North was brought from Warren Memorial Hospital to her home near Huntly April 13. April 14 William G. Dearing was taken from an accident in Flint Hill to Warren Memorial Hospital. April 16 he was taken from home near Flint Hill to Warren Memorial.

Flint Hill fire company answered two fire calls April 11, both on the highways, one was on Route 211 at the Washington bypass and the other on Route 522 near Flint Hill.

Sperryville Rescue Squad took Jake Fincham April 10 from home in Woodville to Culpeper Memorial Hospital. April 14 the unit answered a call to home of Thomas Wigington on Route 231 but services were not needed.
