Mr. Frazier, 72, died Sunday at his residence. A native of Rappahannock County, he was the son of the late Charles Henry Frazier and Augusts Beahm Frazier. He was a World War II Veteran.
Surviving are a brother, Clyde W. Frazier and a niece, Mrs. John Tharpe, both of Culpeper.□
