Street United Methodist Church Chapel in Statesville.

The bride was given in marriage by her cousin, Colen Hodgson of Chesapeake. She wore a formal gown of white satin with a silk overlay and a chapel length mantilla trimmed in lace. Her flowers were pompons and mums centered with a cymbidium orchid.

Mrs. Charles Moser of Greensboro was matron of honor for her sister and Miss Virginia Hodgson, also a sister, was maid of honor.

Mr. Hawkins was best man for his son and ushers were Fred Codding of Fairfax and Charles Moser of Greensboro.

The couple will live in Sperryville.D ✓
