Lions elect
OFFICERS and directors of the Rappahannock Lions Club were elected for the 1974-75 terms at a dinner meeting April 10.
Robert P. Anderson was named president, and Kermit A. Weakley is secretary-treasurer.
Oliver Carver, Wieland C. Johnson and Andrew M. Pennington were named first, second and third vice presidents, respectively, while Philip Butten was chosen Lion Tamer and Calvin B. Racer is Tail Twister.
The board of directors includes Joel Daczewitz, immediate past president; Ian Pryde and Raymond Johnson, first-year directors, and Paul Nichols and W. B. Johnson, secondyear directors.
Wives and guests of members are invited to the next dinner meeting Wednesday, April 24, at 7 p.m., Hampton Inn.D
