Robert Gale Titchenell, 1974 graduate of Rappahannock County High School, has begun the fall term at Salem College, W. Va. Titchenell, who ranked fourth in his graduating class, was awarded an academic scholarship by the private college to major in Human Relations. Revival services will be held at the Five Forks Regular Baptist Church near Woodville on September 2 through 8 each evening at 7:30. The Rev. Williams of Warrenton will be the guest speaker. Everyone is invited to attend.
Society names
Snead director
Attorney General Andrew P. Miller and Judge Rayner V. Snead have been elected to the board of directors of the American Judicature Society. Miller was also elected to serve as a member of the Society’s executive committee.
Both are being recognized “for their leadership in developing court improvement” and as directors, will work with the Society in its programs to achieve court modernization in Virginia and throughout the nation.
The American Judicature Society is a national and international organization that for more than 60 years has worked to improve the administration of justice. □
