MEANWHILE, Clarence Baldwin, his wife Violet and daughter Sarah Susan, filed three suits against the estate in hopes of collecting for injuries received when their car collided with Miss Fuller’s on September 9, 1972. Mrs. Baldwin asked for $50,000 in damages for her daughter who had sustained “permanent disability, deformity and loss of earning power,’’ according to the motion for judgement entered in the case. The amount asked for, it was stated, would also include compensation for past and future medical expenses, incurred as a result of fhp appiHpnt
