IF THE farm is operated by a partnership, each partner must expect to obtain more than 50 percent of his income from farming. For farms % operated by a corporation, the corporation must have no other major corporate purpose than ownership or operation of the farm, and farming must provide its officers and general manager with more than 50 percent of their income.
