Charles J. Bruce of Gid Brown Hollow was indicted on a charge of the felonious and malicious wounding of VVhelton Carpenter on September 8.
TWO persons have been arrested for breaking and entering the property of Donald Brown near Washington on December 15. A third subject is being sought, according to Trooper J.A. Watson, who is investigating.
One of the men was also charged w ith the larceny of an auto from the Brown properu which was owned by Benjamin Jacobs of Washington, D.C._
