ORDER OF PUBLICATION
IN THE CLERK’S OFFICE OF SAID COURT:
The object of the above styled suit is to acquire by condemnation for highway purposes fee simple title to a certain strip or parcel of land in Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, from the foregoing named defendants, said land being described in detail in the petition filed by the State Highway Commissioner in the above entitled cause; to apply for the appointment of commissioners by the Court on the 13th day of January, 1975, to ascertain what will be a just compensation for the land taken and damages, if any, which may accrue to the residue beyond the enhancement in value, if any, to such residue by reason of the taking; and
It appearing by affidavit filed according to law, there are persons who are not residents of the State of Virginia in this matter;
WHEREFORE, it is ORDERED that publication be had against the aforementioned non-residents, who are required to appear within ten (10) days after due publication of this order and do what is necessary to protect their rights and interests.
And it is further ORDERED that a copy of this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in The Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in the County of Rappahannock, and a f-opy be posted at the front door of the Rappahannock County Circuit Courthouse within ten (10) days after the entry of this order.
