Miss Linda Hawkins of Culpeper spent the weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Hawkins and with her mother spent Saturday in Charlottesville.

Mr. and Mrs. V ernon Henderson and family of King George were Sunday guests of Mrs. Henderson’s father, the Rev. W.B. Dennis.

Mr. and Mrs. Dallas Johnson of Fayetteville, X.C. and Mrs. Reva Hawkins of Silver Spring, Md. have returned home after being here to attend the Golden Anniversary Reception for Mr. and Mrs. Cary Thornhill. Mr. Johnson and Mrs. Hawkins were attendants at the Thornhill wedding in 1924.

Mr. and Mrs. Clifton \aide had as weekend guests Mr. and Mrs. Carroll T. Deal and son. Larry of Arlington.

Mr. and Mrs. Tom Titus and family of Fairfax were weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Hash Sr.

Mrs. Ray Frazier Jr. and daughter Michele were Sunday afternoon guests of Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Meade in Culpeper.

Recent guests of Miss Nina Jenkins were Mrs. Ola Hurt of Etlan. Mrs. Virginia Woodward and George Jenkins of, Sperryville, Rev. and Mrs. Percy Bane, Mrs. Lucy Jenkins and Mr. and Mrs. Granville Smith.

Brew Burke, Misses Peggy Burke and Geraldine Settle and Mrs. Ada Settle of Woodville were recent guests of Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Burke and family in Fairfax.

Mr. and Mrs. W.B. Carter of Front Royal were Sunday visitors of Mr. and Mrs. George Johnston. The Johnstons were Monday overnight guests of their son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Paul Karnes in Culpeper.

Mr. and Mrs. Loring Anderson Ernest and Karen Sue of Culpeper were Saturday guests of Mr. and Mrs. James R. Peyton and family.

Mr. and Mrs. Paul F. Butler were hosts to a birthday party Saturday afternoon for their son, Paul Frederick ILwith the following attending Carolyn, Angie, and Tammie Butler, Billy and Randy Rooper, Mark and Timmy Caliandro and Lou Ellen Thornhill.
