JEANNETTE C. KOSAK, formerly of Rappahannock, now living in Maryland was indicted in Rappahannock County Circuit Court Monday on a charge of breaking and entering and another of grand larceny. The charges stemmed from the theft of numerous furnishings from the cabin near Sperryville owned by Mrs. James W. Fletcher. The burglary occurred in May 1973.
Also indicted on the same charges was Dora Worley of Woodville. who was present. Mrs. kosak was indicted in her absence. Charges were made by State Investigator I.C. Handy of Culpeper, who investigated the case at the request of Rappahannock's Com
