Wallace
George C. Wallace, 45,ofWoodville died May 21, 1975 in a Washington, D.C. hospital. He was a native of Rappahannock County and a member of Shiloh Baptist Church, Woodville.
A funeral service was held Sunday at the church conducted by the Rev. U.S. Brokenburr. Burial was in the church cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Marion Wallace; two sons, George Wallace, Jr. and Melvin Wallace; five daughters, Lillian, Arlene, Debra, Belinda and Wanda Wallace; his father, Clarence Wallace and mother, Mrs. Beulah Wallace; four sisters, Mrs. Prescilla Barber, Mrs. Jane Gordon, Mrs. Rose Jameson and Mrs. Arlene Gordon; and three brothers, Arnold, Clarence and Alvin Wallace.
Pallbearers were Robert Dennis, Clifford Dennis, Arnold Wallace, Jr., Howard Butler, David Brown and Arthur Gordon.□
