FRANCES CARNEY asked if the heirs would be able to sell the subdivided tracts to anyone, once the subdivision were approved. Baumgardner said they would. “Then we can forget this about the heirs,” she said.
“Except he’s maintaining that’s part of the justification for asking for an exception,” Baumgardner said.
Captain Tuma spoke again. He had bought property in Oscar Lindgren’s Peyton Farms subdivision and Lindgren had had to abide by “fhp laws von nut on the books.
