Baumgardner said someone representing the family might be present, though they hadn’t said anything. BAUMGARDNER noted that nearly 35 people had come to the hearing, and no one had spoken in favor of the request. Mrs. John Crews said she’d come 50 miles to attend the hearing; she added she also has a place in Lindgren’s Peyton Farms.
