Captain Tuma said Lea’s case ‘‘should be thrown out and forgotten.” Pete Luke then said, ‘‘Okay, I’ll withdraw my motion.” He had moved, near the beginning of the meeting to go ahead and let the opponents speak and hear Lea’s case later.
PLANNING Commissioner David Fannon said, ‘‘If we make a decision, a recommendation, the supervisors will have another hearing.”
