more and more people are realizing the effect that the Chapter 10 Mental Health and Retardation Services Board is having in our county. Many services are being provided to help people feel a sense of wholeness once again.
A vote of thanks to those who serve on that Board from our county, and to Mr. David Schwemer and his staff in Culpeper. And, most of all, to our Board of Supervisors who have made it possible during this past year by putting Chapter 10 into our county budget.
