Preston Douglas, baseball coach at Rappahannock County High School, left, and John Toth, the school’s track coach, each were named Coachof-the-Year in Skyline District and received engraved plaques from RCHS Athletic Director, George Patterson. They were pleased and surprised for they were not aware of the honor until the presentations were made.
