Margaret Jett was given a trophy in recognition of her participation in the shot put when she represented RCHS in District and Regional competition where she placed first in both and was seventh in the state. The award was made at the Sports Banquet Tuesday. She was also presented the shot which she in turn gave to the school for the trophy case.
