IMPROVED REAL ESTATE
UNDER AND BY VIRTUE OF that certain Deed of Trust dated April 30, 1974, recorded in the Clerk’s office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 110 at Page 733, on May 3, 1974 from Clarke Realty Company, Inc., a Virginia corporation, to the undersigned Trustee, there having been a default and the Noteholder having directed execution thereof, the undersigned will at 11:00 AM on Thursday, June 19, 1975, in front of the County Courthouse at Washington Virginia, sell by way of public auction to the highest bidder the land conveyed by said Deed of Trust, the same being therein further described as follows:
Situate, lying and being on the southeast side of State Highway Route No. 642 about one mile west of Amissville, in Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, and according to a survey made by J. H. Harris for Ross & France, Ltd. on March 20, 1974, described as follows:
