THE FIRST in a series of eight lectures on Solar Energy and the Environment is scheduled for Friday, June 13, at 7 p.m. in Rappahannock County Elementary School. The speaker will be Wilson -Clark, and master of cermonies will be George H. Davis Jr., Commonwealth’s Attorney for Rappahannock.
Wilson Clark, 28, became interested in environmental problems while attending the University of North Carolina and has since researched and written for Smithsonian Magazine, HEW, and Environmental Resources. His growing reputation led to consulting work for many organizations and he testified before the Republican Energy Study Group of the House of Representatives, and numerous House and Senate committees.
