A ChLLED meeting of the Rappahannock Planning Commission was held Monday night at the courthouse in Washington. With all members present, it lasted about a half hour, just long enough for the members to vote for the second time, against accepting a $10,000 grant from HUD. A four to one vote, with only Supervisor E.P. Luke, in favor, had been taken at a previous meeting of the Commission in May .
