The counties recording the highest harvest west of the Blue Ridge included: Augusta, 96; Wythe, 92; Rockbridge, 88 and Batli with 86. East of the Blue Ridge high tallies were recorded in Albemarle, 74; Dinwiddie, 64; Loudoun, 58; Charlotte, 53; and Prince Edward with 51.□
