A pair of Rappahannock County students were among those tapped for membership into the Randolph-Macon Academy chapter of the National Honor Society during a recent candlelight ceremony at the Front Royal school. New members of the society are (first row, 1-r) Gilbert Teal, John Borsi, Matt Messick, and Mary Brooke Massie of Washington, Va.; (second row, 1-r) Honor Society faculty sponsor Clyde J. Downey, Joseph Silek, Alan Christopher, Charles Swaim of Flint Hill, and Academy president Arvin S. Williams; (third row, 1-r) Steve Shankle and chapter president Glenn Hines. Mary Massie is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wade H. Massie HI, while Charles Swaim is die son of Mr. and Mrs. C.B. Swaim.
