THE PLANS of Rappahannock’s Water and Sanitation Authority to build a community septic field to serve Sperryville have reached a temporary standstill. Proposed sites for the community septic field have been narrowed down to two locations, one belonging to Jim Bill Fletcher and the other to Lucio Kilby?
