Jim Bill Fletcher wasn’t at the meeting of the Sperryville Community League on Friday night, but Lucio Kilby was, and he made it clear to the engineers, Water and Sanitation Authority chairman Maury Biddle, Supervisor Pete Luke and the ten or so other people who were there, that he’s certainly not going to donate the use of his land as a community septic field and they can expect to pay a good price if they try to condemn it.
